The second stop of the Nixon WTA (Winner-Take's-All) has officially begun at the Billabong Pro in Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa.
The Nixon WTA, now in its third year, will award the surfer with the highest single heat score a custom Nixon watch valued at over $10,000 USD. Any wave from trials to finals counts, leaving the WTA award open to all contenders during the weeklong event.
Each WTA watch features a Swiss Made chronograph with day and custom color date, a titanium carbide coated case and band with rotating bezel and countdown timer, sapphire crystal, a custom-engraved caseback and custom set diamonds and rubies.

About the WTA
The Nixon WTA is a winner-takes-all event which awards custom, limited edition Nixon timepieces at four stops along the ASP World Tour. The four WTA challenges include: heaviest wave in Teahupoo, Tahiti, in May; highest heat score at Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa, in July; the longest tube in Mundaka, Euskadi, in October; and the overall Triple Crown winner on the North Shore of Oahu in December.
