Bob Burnquist is not your average human. He is a skateboarder, skydiver, BASE jumper, pilot, musician, environmental activist, and father. Burnquist's skateboarding speaks for itself with a list of awards including the Laureus World Sports Award for Alternative Athlete of the Year, several TransWorld Skateboarding awards (including Best Video for Extremely Sorry), and Thrasher Magazine Skater of the Year. Burnquist is still cranking out new tricks (the 50-50 body varial at X Games 16 and a fakie 900 on the Mega Ramp in 2010), finishing in the top three at various vert contests (Maloof Money Cup, Bowl-a-Rama, etc.), and touring across the world.
